• Up to 90 days: You can return most items within 90 days for a full refund. We just ask that you cover the return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged—in that case, we’ll take care of it.

• Final sale items: Custom-imprinted products and sale items can’t be returned, as they’re made just for you or offered at a special price.

How to Return an Item
To get started, email us at orders@moreprepared.com or call 888-733-7245 (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm PST) to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please have your name, email, phone number, order or invoice number, and the reason for your return handy.

When your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process it and issue your refund or store credit. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and check payments are refunded by check. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
