Shipping Policy
UPS Orders
Most orders received by 1pm PST are processed and shipped out via UPS the same business day from our warehouse in Torrance, CA. If there is a back order on an item, we will notify you via email and hold the shipment until it is complete. Transit times are as follows: East Coast (5 business days); Northern CA (2 business days); Southern CA (1 business day) via UPS Ground.
P.O. Box - If your order is received with a P.O. box for a shipping address, we will ship your order via U.S. Postal Service's priority mail or first class mail as UPS will only deliver to a street address.
Will Call / Curbside Pickup Orders
If you live in the Los Angeles area, you can stop by our warehouse in Torrance to pick up your online order. When you place your order, you will see a "Curbside Pickup" option at check out. Simply select this option and you will not be charged for shipping. We will notify you by email, usually within 24 hours, when your order is ready for pickup. If there is a back order on any item, we will let you know. If you need your order by a certain date, let us know in the order notes so that we can have it ready for you. Curbside Pickup Procedures: Our curbside pickup is simple and convenient. Once you receive the email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up, simply pull into our parking lot and call us at 310.676.3155. Please provide your full name and one of our team members will be out with your order.
Freight Orders
Large orders (over 150 pounds) are generally shipped via freight truck on a pallet. If your order will be a truck delivery, we will ask that you fill out a shipping questionnaire so that we have all the information necessary to make your delivery as smooth and as efficient as possible. This will help prevent any miscommunication and ensure that there are no surprises upon delivery.
The following situations may require additional charges: residential location, lift gate to unload the pallet (only required if you do not have a raised loading dock and/or forklift at the delivery location), appointment or prior notification of delivery, limited access (i.e. military base, jails), x-ray or security checkpoint (i.e. ports, certain federal buildings), inside delivery and white glove service. Inside delivery means that you need the driver to bring the pallet into your building, facility or dock area. For this service, the driver will unload the pallet from the truck and bring it just inside the building or dock. Examples of white glove service include moving the pallet further to another part of the building or upstairs, breaking down the pallet, removing the shrink wrap, moving boxes to another location by dolly and then removing the pallet and any trash from the premises. White glove service costs are determined by the number of people and hours required and will be quoted on a case by case basis.
We will also need your delivery days and hours, the delivery contact person's name and phone number, and whether there are any special instructions for the driver.

Free Shipping Exclusions and Limitations
Free shipping promotions are available periodically throughout the year, however, certain exclusions do apply. Generally, all products are included for the free shipping promotion with the exception of the following: 30 to 1,000 Person Office Survival Kits in 50-gallon rolling bins, 55 Gallon Water Barrels, 55 Gallon Water Storage Systems, 50 Gallon Rollout Containers and all emergency water (including pouch, can, bottle). Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states and does not apply for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or internationally. Some exceptions may be made for bulk purchases and/or local delivery. Please call if you would like to place a large order and want to see if you may be eligible for free shipping.
Free shipping includes the actual cost to ship the item from our warehouse to your address. Free shipping does not include inside delivery (unless it is UPS Ground), appointments for delivery, white glove service or any additional services that require additional charges. If additional services to complete the delivery are required, we will provide a quote and get your approval and payment before shipping your order. Free shipping coupons and promotions may not be combined with other discounts or coupons.
International Orders
Our website is set up to handle orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada via UPS and USPS (US Postal Service). Please note that all customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party. If you would like to ship to any other country, please call us at 888.733.7245 or email us at [email protected] and we will give you a quote on shipping. We do not accept credit card payments from countries other than the United States and Canada. International payments may be made via Paypal or wire transfer. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
Insurance Requirements for Delivery
If your building has specific insurance requirements for deliveries by truck such as a Certificate of Insurance or to be named as an additional insured on the policy, please send us this information as soon as possible. There may be an added charge depending on the requirement as insurance companies charge for certain requests.

*Changes to shipping policies during heightened emergency situations: Please note that our shipping policies may change based upon any emergency or disaster that is occuring in the world. When there is a sudden or prolonged emergency or natural disaster (whether it is an earthquake, hurricane, tornado, pandemic, wild fire, or other type), our business as well as all businesses in the industry tends to spike as everyone wants to purchase supplies in order to protect their families and loved ones. Demand skyrockets and supplies in the industry cannot keep up. This occurs every time in these types of situations and our shipping policies will be adjusted to accommodate what is available in stock and from our suppliers. We understand that during an uncertain time everyone wants their order quickly but please be patient as it will take longer to fulfill.
