Most orders received by 1pm PST are processed and shipped out via UPS the same business day from our warehouse in Hawthorne, CA. If there is a back order on an item, we will notify you via email and hold the shipment until it is complete. Transit times are as follows: East Cost (5 business days); Northern CA (2 business days); Southern CA (1 business day) via UPS Ground.
Will Call Orders
If you live in the Los Angeles area, you can stop by our warehouse in Hawthorne to pick up your order. When you place your order, you will see a "Will Call" option at check out. Simply select this option and you will not be charged for shipping. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Generally, this is within 24 hours. If there is a back order on any item, we will let you know. If you need your order by a certain date, let us know in the order notes so that we can have it ready for you. Large orders (over 150 pounds) are generally shipped via freight truck on a pallet. If your order will be a truck delivery, we will ask that you fill out a shipping questionnaire so that we have all the information necessary to make your delivery as smooth and as efficient as possible. This will help prevent any miscommunication and ensure that there are no surprises upon delivery.
The following situations may require additional charges: residential location, lift gate to unload the pallet (only required if you do not have a raised loading dock and/or forklift at the delivery location), appointment or prior notification of delivery, limited access (i.e. military base, jails), x-ray or security checkpoint (i.e. ports, certain federal buildings), inside delivery and white glove service. Inside delivery means that you need the driver to bring the pallet into your building, facility or dock area. For this service, the driver will unload the pallet from the truck and bring it just inside the building or dock. Examples of white glove service include moving the pallet further to another part of the building or upstairs, breaking down the pallet, removing the shrink wrap, moving boxes to another location by dolly and then removing the pallet and any trash from the premises. White glove service costs are determined by the number of people and hours required and will be quoted on a case by case basis.
We will also need your delivery days and hours, the delivery contact person's name and phone number, and whether there are any special instructions for the driver.

Free Shipping Exclusions and Limitations
Free shipping promotions are available periodically throughout the year, however, certain exclusions do apply. Generally, all products are included for the free shipping promotion with the exception of the following: 30 to 1,000 Person Office Survival Kits in 50 gallon rolling bins, 55 Gallon Water Barrels, 55 Gallon Water Storage Systems, 50 Gallon Rollout Containers and cases of water (Blue Can, Alka Power and SOS brands). Free shipping includes the actual cost to ship the item from our warehouse to your address. Free shipping does not include inside delivery (unless it is UPS Ground), appointments for delivery, white glove service or any additional services that require additional charges. If additional services to complete the delivery are required, we will provide a quote and get your approval and payment before shipping your order.
Our website is set up to handle orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada via UPS and USPS (US Postal Service). Please note that all customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party.
