Emergency Food & Water

More Prepared offers many different types of emergency food and water to meet your needs.  When you are making your plan, be sure to account for a minimum of one gallon of water per person, per day.  This water will be for drinking, cooking, cleaning and sanitaiton purposes.  It is advisable to have a minimum supply for 72 hours on hand, however, many guidelines have been updated with a minimum of 7 to 14 days.  When choosing emergency foods, be sure to take into account the number of calories you will want for each person and add a variety of different types of foods such as bars and freeze dried.  Don't forget to consider any allergies someone may have to nuts, wheat, and dairy.
