This 1 gig flash drive contains two very useful questionnaires to help you prepare for a disaster:

1 - Emergency Financial First Aid Kit (EFFAK)
A tool created by Operation Hope in conjunction with the Dept. of Homeland Security's Citizen Corps to help Americans prepare in advance to identify and organize their financial records to help maintain stability and speed recovery after a major disaster.

2 - Personal Disaster Preparedness Guide (PDPG)
This tool allows you to advise family members of your recovery process and to reassure them if you are not affected by the disaster. A form to be filled out by every member of the family over 16 and a copy kept at home and work.

The flash drive can also be loaded with important documents that you want to store off site (i.e. in a safe deposit box) in the event of an emergency. There is a password protected section which is secure for confidential items. Store your home inventory list and photos of valuable assets for insurance purposes in case they are destroyed.
