Shipping & Returns

More Prepared Shipping Policy:

U.S. Orders

Most orders are processed and shipped out via UPS within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Hawthorne, CA. The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how fast you receive your shipment. You may choose UPS Ground (3-5 business days outside of California), UPS 3rd Day Select (3 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days), USPS Priority Mail (1 business day) or UPS Next Day Air. Orders shipped within California are usually delivered via UPS Ground in 1-2 business days. Some items can't be expedited due to size or weight and will only have UPS Ground Shipping available.

If there is a back order on an item, we will notify you via email and ship the other items in your order separately, without an additional shipping charge.

Los Angeles Area Orders

If you are in the Los Angeles area, you can stop by the More Prepared warehouse in Hawthorne to visit the showroom or pick up your order. Business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

International Orders

The More Prepared website is set up to handle orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada via UPS. Shipping to Canada and other countries can also be done through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that all customs, duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party. If you would like to ship to any other country, please call us at 1.888.733.7245 or email us at info@moreprepared.com and we will give you a shipping quote. We do not accept credit card payments from countries besides the United States and Canada. Payment may be made via Paypal or wire transfer. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

Large Orders

Large orders (over 150 pounds) are generally shipped via freight truck on a pallet. The most cost effective method to ship your order will be selected and you will receive an estimated cost prior to shipment. Please let us know whether you have a loading dock and/or forklift to unload the pallet(s) from the truck and whether the delivery will be made in a residential or commercial neighborhood.

More Prepared Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to More Prepared for a refund.

Returning Items

Please send a request to returns@moreprepared.com within 30 days of purchase to obtain an RA number (return authorization). Include your order number, name and telephone number, and the reason you want to return the item. The item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition. All return shipping costs and insurance necessary to assure safe delivery to us is paid by the customer. A copy of your invoice with RA number must be included with merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom imprinted items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Products damaged in transit will be promptly replaced via the same shipping method as the original order. If a product is defective, it can be exchanged free of charge including shipping costs. More Prepared should be notified of all damaged or defective items within 5 business days of delivery.
